The 2nd West Michigan Coaches Forum will again bring professional development and networking to coaches on the west side of Michigan!  The forum will provide small and large group sessions on topics related to the skills and business of coaching.  It will also offer networking opportunities to build professional and business relationships as well as enjoy each other's company!  

Target Audience:  We welcome any coach who would like to attend!  PCAM members are encouraged to come early and attend the member-only luncheon from 12:15 - 1 pm.

Program Highlights:

Facilitated Laser Learning Table Topics 

Coaches will share their experience, facilitate discussion and provide tools/resources.

 

Topics include:

  • Positive Psychology: It's Not a Woo-Woo Phenomenon
  • The Coach Approach to Using Assessments
  • Group Coaching: Leveraging Your Resources and Maximizing Passion, Power, and Profits
  • Shades of Gray: An Approach to Everyday Ethical Concerns
  • Inbound Marketing: Empowering Yourself to Grow Your Business

 

 Special Closing Session:

"How To Become a Money-Magnet Through Emotional Intelligence"
Sylvia Becker-Hill, PCC, Executive Change Strategist

This will be a highly interactive workshop using Emotional Intelligence, neuroscience and multiple other approaches to catalyze transformation on an emotional and intellectual level for participants. Attendees will learn how to communicate coaching's value, ensure strong commitments in clients, increase comfort in discussing pricing with prospects, and clear action steps to implement immediately.
